After over a year and 6 sessions later I have gone through the biggest transformation of my life with the time I’ve spent with Aryana. Although at first very skeptical as it was a type of therapy I’ve never experienced, and, at the very least, never heard of up until my first time, after the first session was over i knew that this was set to help me for the better permanently. And what’s great about it is that I am still improving myself while being the happiest I’ve ever been in my life period. I learned to love myself and to recognize my standing among the world around me. Whereas before I used to rely on others for my well-being I have self-discovered what it means to be alone but never lonely. Because of Aryana’s teaching I was able to create a future for myself for what I love than to be subjected by the people around me who try to deviate my path to their image and not my own. I know what scares people, among myself the first time, is the price tag for sessions. But I can tell you honestly that it is worth every penny. I didn’t view it as price to pay for a service but as an investment for myself and allowing myself to trust the process in proceeding to the best version of myself period. I cannot thank and recommend her enough for what she’s done.
