Mindset, Self Love, Transformation

Transformation

Transformation isn’t an overnight process. This is me over a 5-year period. I have fluctuated in weight recently and I notice it most when my state of mind isn’t where it needs to be. I’ve done many things from pills, diets, meal prep, gym, boot-camp, dancing, spell work, chanting and Reiki just to name a few. I can say all of those assisted but the biggest one thing I had to get a hold of was my mindset.

If your mind isn’t right your body will continue to store all the unbalanced emotions because when we don’t take care of the emotion (Energy-In-Motion) and allow it an avenue for expression it will make room in our bodies and expand. Yes, when we hold on to shit, we gain weight (no pun intended) Yes, this is also why many trauma victims gain weight such as people who have been raped or molested. Energy weighs and has mass just think of the movie “The Grudge” when he steps on the scale with that entity on his shoulders.

Let go of the grudge and you let go of the weight. Well that’s simple some of you are thinking… I’m going to laugh here and say yes and NOOOO! Why?

Because we are wired by tons of belief systems and conditioned by what we see in our environment may that be TV, ads, magazines, movies, what we’ve been told according to other people’s experiences, our own and how we’ve been taught our bodies work according to science.

Yet have you ever stopped and actually questioned- “Why do I believe this? Who told me this is what I should believe? When did I start believing this to be true?”

Have you ever looked back and realized your experiences and conditions have transformed over time? Where before you may have thought gay marriage was a bad idea and not allowed for whatever your reasons and then years later meet a gay couple who is an amazing asset to your life and then before you know it you’ve reframed your thinking? Or all of a sudden realized that a particular subject has no real impact on your immediate day to day living?

Have you noticed how your mindset may have changed on topics such as abortion, adoption, aliens, religion, criminals and maybe even war? Where maybe once you were afraid of the dark, the ocean or black cats and now you aren’t? What shifted? What triggered that transformation in your thinking?

As you’ve matured and allowed a more open-minded relationship with your belief systems, you’ll realize it’s not just about being older, it’s about allowing new frequencies into your life.  It’s about learning the difference between what’s working and what isn’t for you.

There is a difference between change and transformation.

Change is moving the same shit around in a different order to where it appears to be different to the eye.

Transformation is where what you are looking at is completely unrecognizable from its original source.

Think of transformation as the metamorphosis of a butterfly.

Transformation isn’t always apparent to the eye however it is very apparent in your surroundings, whom you associate with and how you present yourself. Have you transformed over the years? Not just physically but, mentally, spiritually emotionally and, monetarily?

What do you believe caused those transformations aside from maturity of age?

Food, sex, drugs, shopping whatever your vice you’ve got the keys inside your own mind to heal all the unbalanced systems that aren’t working for you. If you can’t figure it out on your own, you’re always welcome to come see me. The key here is being willing and open minded to do the work.

I am absolutely certain that one session with me will improve your life forever.

Even if you choose not to come to me you most definitely want to have a mentor of sorts to guide you through those trenches as you decide to transform your life.

“We get the love we think we deserve” but the first person you should choose to love is that beautiful soul in the current meat suit you’re in.

Remember transformation isn’t overnight it takes time, patience, self-love but most importantly to be in the state of allowing.

If you haven’t the slightest clue on what that looks like I’ll say this. Dive into those feelings and emotions that arise on a day to day. Don’t resist, just flow and take it one day at a time. It may be a dark path but like I say step into that darkness and make it your bitch!

Get started and keep going!

Beautiful and truthful words, they come from experiences, life is beautiful, we should count our blessings and as I always say live and let live.
